Bringing over 26 years of diverse industry experience. An Electrical Engineer and Management Graduate, he began his career in Project Management at L&T before transitioning to management consulting roles at Avalon, ECS Limited, and PwC. There, he successfully led strategy and operations consulting assignments, including multi-year, multi-location transformation projects that delivered significant value.

 

He later played a key role in the financial turnaround of Nitco Limited, a domestic tile manufacturer, by establishing and managing the Supply Chain function. Since joining Hindalco in 2018, Nishesh has driven a comprehensive business and culture transformation at the company's flagship plant and now oversees pan-Hindalco transformation initiatives.

 

Nishesh excels in navigating ambiguity and working with diverse stakeholders. Based in Mumbai, he is a proud father of two daughters and describes himself as an experience seeker committed to driving meaningful change.
